Shipping policy

Ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is entered correctly. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. Doll Lashes Cosmetics Store is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including the shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact as soon as possible at dollashess@gmail.com. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information not will we be held liable to send out a replacement order.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You contact the United States Postal Service. Call USPS or UPS customer service line with your tracking number to find assistance. We cannot guarantee the replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via USPS or UPS.

We usually ship orders 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday)  to be processed (excluding weekends and holidays) and we ship with USPS First class,  Priority Mail, USP Ground or USP Standard with 2-3 Business day delivery in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Please note that time in transit does not include weekends or holidays. 

At the moment we do not make international shipments.

Shipping fee is non-refundable.
